Update your SoulDial, one side at a time.

This page walks you through the whole thing. First we update the Wi-Fi/BT. Then you flip the USB-C plug over and update the main chip.

Before you start

  • Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • Use a USB-A to USB-C cable.
  • Plug the USB-C end into SoulDial with the logo side down.
  • If nothing is detected later, the cable is often the problem. Some cables only charge.

Check the first side

Leave the USB-C logo/LED facing down. We are trying to detect the Wi-Fi/BT on this side.

Press the button above, then pick your SoulDial when the browser asks.

Flip the USB-C plug

Unplug only the USB-C end, turn it over, and plug it back in. This time we are looking for the main chip.

Finish step 1 first. Then this step will unlock.

Your SoulDial should now be updated. You can unplug it and power it back up normally.
